At Kori Whiskey, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our glassware and home bar accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective padding and box to prevent breakage during transit; please ensure all components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned glassware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
